Canada Coal appoints Duncan as President, CEO

R. BRUCE DUNCAN APPOINTED PRESIDENT AND CEO OF CANADA COAL
Canada Coal Inc.'s Abraham Jonker has resigned as president, chief executive officer and director of Canada Coal to focus his efforts on his other business interests. The resignation is effective on Feb. 28, 2014. The company is pleased to announce that Bruce Duncan, executive chairman of Canada Coal, will assume the role of president and CEO upon Mr. Jonker's departure.
Bruce Duncan, executive chairman of Canada Coal, stated: "We are continuing our efforts to develop Canada Coal's potential as a world-class coal asset and working with community and government stakeholders towards energy independence for the people of Nunavut. I want to thank Mr. Jonker for his contributions to Canada Coal, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
