These estimates of Canada Coal Inc. are of historic inferred resources and the Company's geologic team has not yet completed sufficient work to confirm a NI 43-101 compliant resource. Therefore, the estimates cannot, and should not be relied upon. The Canada Coal Inc. historical, non-43-101 compliant resource estimates were reported by 1982 E Swanbergson Gulf Resources, 1982 E.G. Panchy, J.M. Moorhouse Petro-Canada, 1983 S.P. Santiago Petro-Canada ,1992 W.D. Kalkreuth Geological Survery of Canada and there have been no subsequent resource estimations. Swanbergson and E.G Panchy , J.M.Moorhouse' reports are included in Weir International, 2008, 43-101 Technical Report on the Nunavut Coal projects and 2009 Apex Geoscience Ellesmere Island Coal 43-101 report. The report describes a number of historic non-NI 43-101 compliant resource estimations. The historic estimates appear reliable based on the data available at the time and work conducted relevant at the time. The historic estimation is at the inferred resource level of certainty and includes tons to the depth of 200 meters. These historic resource estimation along with other estimations is summarized in the NI 43-101 technical reports which shall be filed on Sedar concurrent with the company’s listing.
